Battlefield 3. First-person shooter video game. The game includes alot more then the normal artillary, u can fly jets, drive tanks you name it. This game looks fantastic and all thanks to the new engine ( Frostbite 2).The new engine delivers advanced destruction of buildings and scenery.

The most important thing is the multiplayer. U can pick four roles: Assault, Support, Engineer and Recon. Every class will be able to equip themselves with different gear. Several game modes are available: Conquest, Rush, Squad, Deathmatch, Squad Rush, Team Deathmatch. I just can't wait to get my hands on this. Everything looks fantastic and has a great gameplay. 

This is the year of Battlefield 3 VS Cod 3!

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

This role-playing video game is being developed by Bethesda Game Studios. It's the upcoming title in the Elder Scrolls series. The hero in the game will battle against the dragon god, who is out to destroy the world.
The enviroment looks great. The game is open world , so you can travel through the forests, rivers, mountains you name it. The land of Skyrim is your playground.

The character development is a very important part of the game. U start out by choosing your race. Each of them has different abilities and offcourse a different appearance. That is a very important in a game like Skyrim, it gives u a special connection to your own made hero.

The combat looks great,wielding amazing spells or weapons. It's even possible to have a spell in one hand and a weapon in the other. And the enemies look big and very cool.Just imaging to be on top of a mountain and having a dragon chase u and spitting fire, is just one of the cool scenario's possible.

Everyone should check out this game. In my opinion Skyrim or Uncharted is going for GOTY.

Final Fantasy Versus XIII

Final Fantasy Versus XIII is a upcoming action Rpg published by Square Enix. The mysterious main character, Noctis Lucis Caelum is heir to the dynasty. I got high hopes for the new system called ''Real-Time Events''. The player is able to run around and perform actions during these scenes.

Battles will be alot more action based then 'normal' final fantasy games. Going to be real-time enviroments using alot of height diffrences. Everything looks great in combat and can't wait to see all the summons.

Nomura has stated the return of traversable world map, it was used in the main Final Fantasy series until it got cut out in Final Fantasy X. I can't be happier that it is going to return. I love the large open world map running around on a chocobo. Lets hope this is a grand new start for Squaure Enix . The game could be the Final Fantasy 7 on PS3!

Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance

Ah, amazing memories! This game was so cool. Had a rich storyline, superb gameplay, very cool graphics and the enemies looked great. The game has three playable characters: Dwarven warrior, Human archer and a Elven sorceress. Depending on the character u choose,the fighting style is different.

What made this game amazing for me is offcourse the co-up. If you look at the co-up in the game, hacking and slashing a way through the massive amount of enemies in Baldur's Gate is unlike any other game in terms of funfactor.

Conclusion: As far as co-up goes, this game is a must have on PS2!

The Lord of the Rings: War in the North

The Lord of the Rings: War in the North is a multiplayer action role-playing game. Based on the lore of Lord of the Rings. 

The game has alot of cool features, you are able to summon Beleram, a massive bird that will gouge the eyes out of any foe. The demo at E3 showed alot of powerfull spells and ranged attacks. Disposing hordes of minions looks very cool and fun. U have a skill tree, were the player is able to put in points and learn diffrent spells.

The best thing for me is the co-up aspect of the game. If you enjoy co-up, guys keep a eye out for this one. Easy to get lost in all the epic titles later this year and i hope War of the North will stand tall. 

Twisted Metal 2: World Tour

For me the Twisted Metal series are special. Amazing memories playing this hours and hours,every day with my brother and our friends!

The story is simple, every year alot of disturbed people meet for a Car-Battle in tweaked up cars. They battle each other  and the last person alive wins the grand price, a wish from Calypso. What i love about this game is that everyone does battle in different countrys from the fields in Holland with windmills to Paris and the Eiffle Tower.

Every character has his own special move, every car has his own armour, speed etc.. So every car is unique and all the characters have some twisted personalities. David Jaffe has a twisted creative mind himself and i love that on him, u can trace it back to every twisted metal game that he made. I personaly can't wait on Twisted Metal Ps3. That game is number 1 on my Ps3 list!

Destruction Derby

I played this game with my friends alot. The aim in the game is not to be first, but rather to get the most amount of points. How do you get those points? By wrecking the opponents' cars. And that is what makes Destruction Derby so cool.

Destruction Derby includes several game modes:
Wreckin' Racing , Stock Car Racing , Time Trail and Destruction Derby. The one that i played the most was offcourse Destruction Derby mode. It takes place not on a circuit but a large open area where you need to wreck the opponents cars as much as possible.

Think about it smashing into other cars at high speed, and gaining from each crash.Psygnosis did a great job on this one in my book.

God Of War III.

God of War III is a action-adventure game in first-person/third-person playstyle. The player controls Kratos in Greek Mythology. The game is exclusive to Playstation 3 and was very well-recieved.



Kratos wields weapons and magic alike.Every weapon has an individual magic ability,upgrading the weapons also increases the power of magic.The game redefines "scale" in videogames, you fight against Titans that are larger then anything you ever seen in a videogame. The sequences on these huge creatures are jaw-dropping and i won't be forgetting them soon.

While size is a great aspect of the game, more then anything else, God of War has amazing visuals. Everything from  Kratos, the enemies, the weapons to the environment looks stunning. The game is M rated filled with gore, Blood, detached limbs it's all here. I remember the first time i fought Poseidon and looked at the timed-button action sequence it was brutal and violent but o'so fun to watch. As it is stated by the great Davif Jaffe  in 2007 'Hell on earth'.

Final Fantasy VII.

Final fantasy VII,  this is one of my favorite games ever created. Final Fantasy VII is one of the most popular games on the psx, it also seen a release on pc and psn.

Final Fantasy is a menu driven rpg (turn based) that allows the control of three characters in the party. Final Fantasy VII's skill system utilizes materia, magic which can be placed in slots on weapons and armour. Materia was a great element of the playstyle and allows the player to use various tactics suiting there personal style of play.Materia also contains summons,powerfull creatures that help out in battle.


A great feature to Final Fantasy VII is the Limit Break. Every character has his own special Limit Break that inflicts much more damage on an enemy than normal physical attacks. And those Limit Breaks are still amazing.

I loved all the characters Aeris, Cait Sith, Cid, Vincent, Yuffie, Sephiroth, Barret, Tifa, Cloud, Red XIII and alot more. Offcource Cloud and Sephiroth stand out, and the struggles they endure are a big part of the story.

Ash Lambert - The game's hero, a man that strives for justice.

Ash and his companions battle out on a series of grid maps. With every character  having their own set of abilities(Tank, heal, archers, mages) they can all give a insane killing blow, blood litterly gushes out of your foes. What's also cool is that you can mold your character, for example you can promote a archer into a sniper or a healer to become a high-priest. The story alone makes this game a must for every rpg lover.

 

I played this game with my friends so much, absolutely one of the greatest games on psx, the gameplay is smooth. You can zoom in and out and rotate the map. This makes looking behind trees and mountains very easy to do. Accessible game thats fun to play.

Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City.

Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City is the name of the new game that takes place in the universe of Resident Evil 2 and 3 at the time of the initial outbreak of the T-Virus. Players assume the role of an Umbrella Security soldier whose job it is to wipe out all the evidence of the outbreak. Take control of six playable characters and each has his own specialties.





Resident Evil is a title that wants to try something different. Its a mix with action and horror and I look forward to this game and all the co-op goodness.

Bioschock Infinite.

It's the third game in the Bioshock series. I had so much fun playing through the first and the second that I can't wait to get my hands on Bioshock Infinite.

The new environment looks wonderful, the new big daddy's are going to be awesome and I hope the story will have a good flow. The combat system will have a fresh feeling to it and combining powers with the girl is going to be epic.

I do hope the guys at irrational games overhaul the multiplayer aspect of the series. The online modes of Bioshock 2 are ok but nothing more. Needless to say, this game will stand its ground between the huge releases in the near future.

Uncharted 3:Drake's Deception.

Hey guys,

Gonna talk about one of my most beloved ps3 series to date, Uncharted and the upcoming Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception. Nathan Drake is back and together with his old friend Victor Sullivan he's going to search the lost city 'Atlantis of the sands'.
The game looks great and the story always has alot of spirit.
Drake is a ordinary guy against impossible odds and thats the charm of the story.

About the MP: Sadly the Uncharted 3 Multiplayer Beta came to a end. Everything felt just right in the multiplayer and everything looked amazing. It was the largest ps3 beta ever.

Castelvania:Symphony of the Night.

Castlevania: Symphony of the Night was a milestone in the Castelvania series. It's a classic 2D adventure game. Playing Castelvania was a epic adventure. The gameplay was solid, the sound was orchestrated and the enemies looked amazing. Great Memories of a great game!

Please Konami bring back Alucard, make a castelvania like Symphony of the Night again.
